Self-awareness precedes inner strength and personal resilience. I believe that without adversity we do not develop the necessary skills to meet life’s challenges. Like a healthy immune system, our minds and emotional states benefit from exposure to testing circumstances, and the wise-minded will take relatable & transferable lessons with them to other areas because they know they have the opportunity to grow and navigate to their desired state.

Alec started his career in 1991 as Police Officer in UK law enforcement. He transitioned into frontline pre-hospital care and after medical retirement due to injury on duty, eventually concentrated on modern applied psychology.
More than 30 years after entering the emergency services he identified that his unique experiences allowed him the opportunity of helping people outside of rigidly prescribed and organisationally acceptable solutions. He now sees his role as that of mentoring conscious awareness.
